Wine Club Terms & Conditions

We reserve the right to change or amend the wine club policies at any time. Our wine clubs have minimum commitments to make them financially viable for us, while offering exceptional discounts to you!  The respective minimum commitments are as follows:

• In joining either the Glorious Reds Club or Mosaic Club (one red and one white), respectively, you are only committed to purchase 3 wine shipments.
• In joining either the Mind-blowing Whites Club or Sangria Club, respectively, you are only committed to purchase 6 wine shipments.

Wine club memberships are void where prohibited by law.

We are 100% committed to protecting your privacy. Your personal information will only be used by Miramonte Winery and will not be sold or shared with anyone else.

Drinking distilled spirits, beer, wine and other alcoholic beverages may increase cancer risk and cause birth defects if consumed during pregnancy.

Shipping Policies

All orders are shipped and delivered on regular business days, Monday-Friday. Most orders received after 2:00 p.m. are processed the next business day. All orders are processed as quickly as possible, usually within 3 business days, with the occasional exceptions due to weather conditions. Shipping rates are based directly in UPS rate schedules.

Arrival can depend on distance from our winery. We do not offer International sales or shipping at this time. UPS cannot deliver wine to P.O. boxes, so PLEASE provide a physical address where someone 21 or older can sign for the wine. All packages containing alcohol must be signed for upon delivery by an adult (21 or older). UPS or FEDEX will not leave such packages on door steps, even if the recipient has requested this. UPS will attempt to deliver packages containing alcohol 3 times before sending it back to Miramonte Winery. Please note, Miramonte Winery is not responsible for additional shipping charges should this happen.

These laws do not affect shipping of non-wine products. We are happy to ship non-wine orders anywhere in the U.S. We cannot ship to PO, FPO, APO or IPO boxes.

Due to international shipping restrictions, we don't generally ship to locations abroad.

Wine Ordering Limits

Certain state laws regulate the number of cases of wine that can be shipped to a single person. If your order is affected by this type of law, we will contact you.

Weather Advisory

During unusually hot or cold weather, we tend to not ship wine, or we ship only if your order will arrive by Friday. We do this to preserve the quality of our wines and ensure they arrive to you in premium condition.

Age Disclaimer

Wine may be sold and delivered only to persons who are at least 21 years old. By placing your order, you represent to us that you are at least 21 years old and that the person to whom delivery will be made is at least 21 years old. When your wine is delivered, the person receiving delivery may be required to show identification proving that he or she is at least 21 years old. Wine will not be delivered to a visibly intoxicated person.
